Depression:Mental Distraction

Depression is classified as a mood disorder.It may be described as feeling of sadness,loss or anger that interfere with a person everyday activities.

        It is fairly Common.Centre for Disese control and prevention estimates 8.1 percent of American adults goes 20 and over had period from 2013 to 2016.

       People experience depression in different way.It may interfere with your daily work, resulting in lost time and lower priductivpro.It is also influence relationship and some chronic health condition.

         It is important to realize that feeling down at times is a normal parts of life sad and upsetting events happen to everyone.But,if you re feeling down or hopeless an a regular basis,you could be dealing with depression.

         If you are find the following symptoms of depression with yourself ,there is a high chance that you suffering from depression 

-Intense levels of anxiety ,apathy, general discontent,guilt,hopeless,loss of interest,lack of concentration,slowness in activity

- Depression is self created state when we think bad about your life,we blame everyone else for whatever happened to us,how depression is created.

Great Example:Rohit Sharma

    Rohit was born on 30 April 1987,to parents who could not afford to raise him because of poverty.

     He was ambitious since childhood was spent in the gullness playing cricket without any track of time.

       Can you imagine it was his international debut and he did not even get a chance to but He made accasional appearance on the field nothing worthy for long five years .Due to this unstable performances could not even make a place in the ICC World cup 2011 team.

     While one would have easily given up seeing a deal end Rohit held a rare faith in yourself.He knew that tables in turn good.He stuck around with hope.

       In 2013,the captain Ms.dhoni backed Rohit Sharma to open against champion Trophy.

       He is also one of IPL,all season combined having 2 IPL title to his name.His records are transcent from being the first player history of Cricket to have scored  3 double centuries to breaking records of legends such as a Shane watson.,ABDC Villiers and the likes He had many hit and misses with the opportunities but being a true hitmen he hill off each obstacles in his path right out of the stadium.

Methods for clearing Depression:

1. Self Confidence.

2.Take responsibility of yourself.

3.Meditate.

4.Pray God for give your spiritual gift and

 Give you what is meaning of your life.

5.Enjoy Nature.

6.Don't Compare your life with others  and feeling stress in life.

7.Focus on your goods not bad.
